Working with Coach Brandon has been the best present I have ever given to myself! In 2 months, I’ve lost 45 pounds. His results have been better than any trainer I’ve ever worked with before. Brandon uses a multifaceted approach to fitness, starting with adapting the workout needs to your current fitness level. Working together three days a week, which I highly recommend, over the last two months we haven’t done the same workout routine twice. He always stresses that it’s important to mix things up, strength training here, a bit of Cross Fit style work there, some cardio and abs work thrown in for good measure as well. He also helps me keep a close watch on my daily nutrition. I believe this has been where we’ve had the most success. You can’t outrun the fork! Some days I come in ready to conquer the world and Coach Brandon puts together a workout that accomplishes that.
